 A:Sure.we can made OEM and ODM items for you as long as you can tell us your idea or provide pictures.We ha      ve done many OEM project for our customers.
 
Q5:About fabric can i change own designs?
A:Of course you can change other fabric,if our existing fabric you don't like.
 There are two method:
1.If your pattern looks simple, and less than 3 color , normally we can print it by silk printing
2.Mote than 3 kinds of color and the pattern is complex,will be used digital printing.
 
 
Q6:How about the sample fee and sample time?
A:Sample time :1.wooden & iron product :15~20days
                       2.MDF & fabric & polyresin product:7~10days
 
Sample fee is charged according to the size of the product, normally is five times of unit price.when customer place the order,will be return back .
 
 
Q7:Can you provide me your catalogue?
 
A:We have thousands of products, including resin,MDF,metal jewelry display,home decor items,holiday decoration items,wedding and birthday gifts  many other products.

Q8:What's the MOQ?
 
A:We usually require a MOQ100pcs for each item,if the items are smaller size,we need need more MOQ,we will state it on our quotation.
As we are a factory,now,it's hard for us to produce,as we need to consider the mold cost ,fabric and also the labor cost,Many tks for your understand

Polyester is the simplest technology in all of synthesis fiber, it has most cheap price.But it has many advantages.Such as:

1, High strength, polyester short fiber has strength in 2.6-5.7cN/dtex, long fiber has strength in 5.6-8.0 cN/dtex. It is 4 times higher than nylon, 20 times higher than rayon.

2, Enough elastane, almost similar as wool, it also has good crease resistance and measurement stability.strong enough to use.

3, Good heat resistance, polyester is a type of heat fiber, has high melting point. So it is the highest heat resistance and adiabaticity.

4, Good thermoplastic, polyester has very smooth out face,it is the best fabric choice for pleated skirt, polyester fabric has perfect pucker effect.

5, Good abrasive resistance, polyester has good abrasive resistance better than all of Natural Fiber ,but less than Nylon.

6, Good light resistance, Polyester fabric always has good light resistance, better than fabric with natural fiber, similar as acrylic fabric.

7,Good corrosion resistance, people can use decolorizer, oxidizing agent to wash. It also has good UV resistance.

We can use polyester to make Functional Fabric like Positive Ion Fabric, hygroscopic and sweat releasing,inflaming retarding, Anti-Pilling ,Anti-Static Electricity. We also can use polyester to knit different typle fabric like Jacquard, jersey,hacci fabric.
