From the various sampling points, the eligibility rate of casual wear sold by e-commerce platform is the lowest, only 66.67%; the circulation field is not high, the pass rate is 78.05%.
A "Baleno" women's denim trousers (specified model: 160/64A; model number), which is produced by Guangzhou Friendship Benny Road Garment Co., Ltd. and sold by Shanghai Pushang Department Store Co., Ltd., is a decomposable aromatic amine dye. It was judged that the quality problem was serious.
According to the Shanghai Quality Supervision Bureau, the decomposable carcinogenic aromatic amine dye refers to a dye synthesized from carcinogenic aromatic amines. The decomposable carcinogenic aromatic amine dye is insoluble in water, colorless and odorless, and it is impossible to distinguish whether or not the substance is contained in the appearance of the textile, and can only be found by professional technical means and cannot be eliminated. Such dyes may cause a variety of malignant diseases after contact with human skin. Therefore, China's mandatory standard "National Textile Products Basic Safety Technical Specifications" requires all textiles to ban such dyes, and such substances should not be detected in related products.
In 2012, the Shanghai Quality Supervision Department found that a batch of student costumes produced by Shanghai Ouxia Fashion Co., Ltd. had two pieces of black edging fabric containing decomposable carcinogenic aromatic amine dyes.
In addition, there are 6 batches of casual clothing “pour†outside the pH qualifying line, including a “lily†denim half, which is marketed by Shanghai Silk Group Brand Development Co., Ltd. and sold by Shanghai Xinzhuang Parkson Business Development Co., Ltd. According to reports, the pH value of textiles reflects the acid-base content of the residual substances in the fabric. The main reason for the unqualified pH value is that most of the dyeing and finishing processes of textile products are required to be treated under certain acid and alkali conditions. Insufficient water washing in the subsequent processing of the enterprise often leads to unqualified pH. If the item is unqualified, it will cause a certain degree of damage to human skin.
