The selected works must be around the theme of the participation, and are wedding costumes with a certain national characteristics. The designer can extract the design elements from the style, structure, crafts, fabrics, colors, patterns or other related ethnic cultures of the national traditional costumes, and is not limited by gender, fabrics and seasons, which not only highlights the national spirit, but also highlights the national spirit. There are nearly 700 manuscripts and more than 1,300 sets of clothing works in the country, including students from more than 60 domestic and foreign clothing colleges such as Beijing Institute of Clothing Technology, Zhejiang University of Technology, Sichuan Academy of Fine Arts, and Genoa Academy of Fine Arts in Italy. There are excellent works recommended by the folk departments of Heilongjiang, Shenyang and Chongqing. Covering more than forty ethnic groups such as Miao, Yi, Manchu, Mongolian, Han, Naxi and Yi.
Wu Xuekai, one of the top awards in China's fashion design awards and one of the judges of the initial evaluation of this exhibition, said in an interview: "There are many kinds of ethnic minorities in China, and they are widely distributed and colorful. The culture is very hierarchical and has inexhaustible costume resources. These works are a very vivid combination of national traditional culture and fashion. Today many international big brands use traditional Chinese people in their designs. Elements, and our own designers are rarely reflected in their own works. It is understood that this year's show will select 10 "Top Ten Designers in China's National Costume Design Exhibition" and 20 "Outstanding Designers in China's National Costume Design Exhibition" and select some "China National Costume Design Promotion Awards" ( Institutions), the total amount of bonuses is nearly 150,000 yuan. The 50 finalists who will be re-evaluated will go to Jingning Township to participate in the re-evaluation of the competition on December 20.
